Behind the world of I SPEAK MACHINE with Tara Busch & Maf Lewis

Tara

“MY GIRL” and a gentle relax.

Greetings all!

It’s been a few weeks since returning from London & I Speak Machine’s support slot for Gary Numan at the Forum. Both the Numan support shows in London and LA were a real treat; I’ve posted many photos on my Instagram as always – also have a gander at this lovely set of photos by one of our favorite photographers, Neil Fellowes here.

So currently I’m tucked away in the studio again in LA working on a new project with Maf, Lex & Tommy Lee Edwards, as well as finishing up the Zombies 1985 score with Benge to be released very soon. I tend not to update this very often as you can tell, so do visit me on Facebook, Twitter, Soundcloud or Instagram – or the new blog on ispeakmachine.com.

So I’ll leave you with a real creeper from our short film, Gagglebox! This is the theme song, “My Girl” made in the Screeching Barn last year in Wales. It uses lots of samples I took from an extremely old & rotted belly of a piano found in Maf’s aunt’s garden plus an OSCar & Oberheim OB8 lent to me by Dave Spiers from G Force Software. See you guys soon! Will be on the road again net year, so perhaps then.

And me playing it live in London!
