We’ve been in the UK working for the past few weeks, and aside from record amounts of rain and (sample worthy) howling winds, I am having a moment of down time. A friend just sent me these wonderful master classes by Mute boss & electronic music icon Daniel Miller. AND another clip by Benge, who is also a legendary synth wizard/ artist/ producer whose work I greatly admire. Relax and check these out:
And Benge shows us how to patch a sequence on 2 different creatures: gorgeous Moog modular and ARP 2500.
Benge’s studio is indeed quite a profoundly cool place….here’s a few clips from a few years back working with John Foxx by the way, great fun.
More new stuff on the way……..I have in my possession (well, on loan) an OB8, Korg 770s, OSCar and Microbrute to use for 2 new projects that I’m working on while here – I’ll have some little clips for you soon..if you like that sort of thing? 🙂
