Flowers Abounding!! Little Boy Blue Analog Synth from Flower Electronics!
I have one foot in the suitcase on the way to Cardiff at the moment, but still had to rise early enough to say hello and get my Matrixsynth & Worst Cook Ever (you will find no finer food blog – one must have proper nourishment with which to tweak our knobs, yes?) read in.
Anyway, I found this lovely post on Matrixsynth about the brilliant mind behind Flower Electronics, Jessica Rylan. Upon watching the demos below and visiting Jessica’s site, I could’nt help but take Matrixsynth’s lead & spread the word as well!
Here is a 2 part series demoing of her well – reknowned, beautifully crafted analog synth, The Little Boy Blue!
via drwolfer on YouTube.
Here’s a description of the video and the synth:
“…Some dense sounds on the Little Boy Blue Standard analog synthesizer from Flower Electronics
it has:
2 voltage controlled sawtooth oscillators
1/4″ input with high gain preamp
envelope follower with inverter
2 channel mixer
intermodulating output stage”
